An introduction to investigative principles and protocols as they apply to
environmental health. Students develop and apply models for inspection, investigation, and risk analysis. Case scenarios include evaluation of food establishments, personal care facilities, housing, insect and vermin control, communicable disease control, nuisances and general sanitation.
