Application of the principles developed in Environmental Health 545 through site visits to premises which illustrate issues relevant to the practice of environmental health. Students prepare formal inspection reports about field experiences demonstrating their observational skills and the ability to link theory to application. Introduction to the principles of effective communication including written communication, research techniques and media management.
